109PARFUMS.com currently ships internationally. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. Normal shipping times vary from 1 to 14 days depending on the destination country. Please note that you are liable to pay any charges or fees due to customs or local taxes. WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Complete information and available updates are sent to you via email. Tracking information is available via the shipping courier. Make sure your specified shipping address is correct. Normal handling times is 1-10 days depending on the amount of orders the laboratory is handling.
WHY IS THERE AN EXPIRATION SYMBOL ON YOUR PACKAGING?
Perfume is really an item for a lifetime but a capitalistic and bureaucratic system makes us put an expiration symbol on our products. Please enjoy your 109 PARFUMS experience for as short or as long as you like.
DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?
For you to be able to explore the complete expression of the 109 PARFUMS house, we offer a kit of samples of the entire lineup. We call it an Explore Pack and it is available here.

109 PARFUMS is an independent fragrance laboratory and all our fragrances are studio-made by hand. Occasionally, products may sell out. Keep visiting our website for an update on availability.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We currently accept the following payment methods:

- Apple Pay
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened. If these return policies are not followed, we are not able to offer you a refund.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
